what do you plan on doing for the back half of the truck?
If you do a search, that is the kit several others are using on their trucks.

Cichlids is running ART parts on his truck. I have used them before (Had a 98 Sonoma that was bagged on 18s).

I don't have ART but I do have a freind that has an dakota r/t with a full ART set up and he loves it. KP components has a 4 link for our trucks which I am switching to as soon as I get my truck back!(8 months now:cryying: )

Has anybody tried the Air Ride Technologies set up yet? It's got a complete bolt in 4 link rear set up. I've got a good connection here (cost) for that system and I'm debating going with it in the future. I've used them in the past on 55-57 Chevy's and Mustang's and they worked great on those.

Always been interested in a kit like this. Just did not know how it would affect handling on the street, and how much more weight does it add to your ride......

See ART makes great kits, they handle nice and ride great, and the nice thing about them is they are full bolt ons.. now there are two reasons i can think of that people don't use em, one they can be pricey to shell out the money all at once, and two they don't lay frame wich is what alot of people who are baggin their truck are looking to do..

The only issue I have had with the ART is not the kit itself but the guys who installed it. They didn't use the proper parts that came with the kit. So you can guess what I am doing this winter, redoing the airlines and using hydralic lines insted.
