My charging port barely works at all, it can take 3-4 hours to charge from 50%, and i can't transfer data anymore. I don't want to risk it.
I've been with android for almost a decade. I have nothing iphone related, I am to old to start over.

Yeah, I limit my Apple products to an iPhone 6S and an iPad Pro. I build PCs as a hobby, so too old to want to d1ck around with Mac.

I picked up a Uniten Atom phone. Fits in my front.pocket without junk crushing the groin lizard, waterproof to 1 meter and drop proof to 2 meters. Great camera. I do not text a lot so the small screen does not kill me. My wife wanted me to get rid of the flip phone. I did and still got the eye rolls when the Atom arrived.

You can reassign the bixby button to quick launch other apps, like the camera, directly through the samsung interface. In the past, you had to have a 3rd party app.

This, too, is my only complaint. I will say, I'm not sure if it was user error in the beginning, but the accuracy has gotten better for me. I rarely have to scan my fingerprint more than once after having the phone for 3 months now. That said, I do miss the fingerprint scanner being on the back of the phone. I'm not sure why so many were opposed to that feature.

You can reassign the Bixby button, but at this time you must set up Bixby to do so. I don't care for Bixby, and I don't plan to set up the feature.

I've found that it reads best when my thumb is actually slightly wet. Weird!
Ditto. I just pretend the button isn't there.

I have a co-worker who switched from an iPhone X to the Samsung Galaxy S10. They love it, said person was pretty deep in the apple stuff too. I think that S10 was the best looking phone samsung has made in a while.

Came from years of iPhones (most recently iPhone XR and iPhone X) and haven't regretted the move to Android. I've had S8+, Pixel 2XL and currently on Pixel 3XL.

To me, Pixel camera is what sells it. You can't touch the cameras abilities with iOS.

Also, there used to be a time where iOS was as smooth operating system was little to no freezes or crashes. Last few years Apple has been going down hill, quick.

There are a lot of opinions and a lot of great Android phones out there. The current family of Google Pixel phones can not be beat. Simply for the software support directly from Google. When you buy a phone directly from Google, they are carrier unlocked. That means you can run any custom firmware you want, and pretty much use any carrier you want. There is no carrier bloatware....just a stock, fast, Android experience. Updates come once a month minimum for 2 years...this means you will always be running the latest and greatest Android software, heck I've been running Android Q for over a month now, Google lets you opt in to try out the upcoming Android operating system before it gets released to the public. Most flagship phones will not see Android Q for months after it is released. Just my experience.

Keep in mind that phones with headphone jacks are still able to use bluetooth for audio. Some phones utilize HD standards that lower latency and increase sound quality.

If cost isn't a concern and you want something that will last 2 years you need to be looking at a few phones........iPhone, Pixel. If those didn't fit the bill you want an LG V or G series or a One Plus as second options. If longevity is your thing Samsung definitely isn't it IMO.

Siri is a rancid **** and bixby is a asshole with aids.

They should both die in a fire.

Siri leaves the house in animal prints and six inch stilettos, what does that say? I'm going to church? Shes saying I want you to hang me by my tits from your ceiling and bite my ass. You know what I mean? That's what it says to me anyway.

That's hilarious. I've had 2 phones in the last 10 years, and the only reason I switched in the middle is because I wanted to upgrade 4 generations from an S5 to an S9, not because it was broken.

What have you been asking Siri? Never mind, I don't need to know.

I have a Galaxy Note 4. Not really sure where it is right now. It gave me no problems. Then again something you don't need or use rarely gives you issues.
