Two words descrive this department: Condition Black. Probably condition white too, but bottom line is none of them except the first officer were in a state of mind suitable for combat. Cops don't get enough training to teach them how to control their state of mind and I've always advocated for them to go through real CQB training because it teaches you those things and builds confidence in conducting operation like this. It's expensive but I guarantee it would save many innocent lives.
