Swap that relay out for another one of the same rating that you know to be good and take it for a short drive again. Check your owner's manual and find one that's optional (not used, stereo, windows, heated seats, etc).

    Thank you sir!

Well, my car has always been a flaky one and today is no exception. I replaced the relay with one that works, still no pump. Scratching my head, my wife said maybe if you reset the tune? I figured what the hell, I've tried just about everything else I can think of. Blammo, now it's working...WTH?!? (with the original relay reinstalled).

Took it for a drive and now the pump is running. IAT2 never exceeded 134.00 (85 ambient). Car feels great again with 18.5 degrees of timing at boost instead of the 8 to 11 degrees I was seeing when the intercooler pump wasn't running.

Is it fixed? I have no idea at this point.

I just whent thru all of this, my pump was bad also, but had the same problem pump not running some times, I check the harness , relyas and connectors but couldnt find anything wrong with it, so, I did the full juice mod to it, and did and independent harness for it, so it will run all the time with key on, upgraded to heavier wire and put a led indicator light on the dash to tell me if the pump is running.

@Federico Garza you have any additional info on how did you wire the pump to do the "full juice mod"?

If you need to replace it, talk to J2 fabrication. They've got it figured out.

Bringing this topic back from the dead. After replacing both harnesses and running amazing for months, my 14 feels sluggish again. I looked in the cooler tank while running, and zero movement. I pulled the connector near the filter element apart only to see that damn brown pin hole on the new harness. I read someone hardwiring the green/white wire to bypass that connector...is that a permanent fix? Help!! This bug is driving me crazy.

    These things are soo problematic.
I completely bypassed my relay as I was tired of it giving me grief. Not sure if that is your issue or not, but something to keep in mind. They do stick
