Anybody in the Medical Sales Field?

I've been working in Medical Sales (OR Device) since graduating college about two years ago. Just curious if any forum members share a similar career. If so, where? Do you have a "dream" company that you are eventually looking to work for? What's the best area to be in right now?

I'm always looking to learn more about the industry... curious if anyone has input.

I'm in the implantable cardiac device industry, i.e. pacemakers, ICD's. Been doing it for going on 6 years now. I have a sales role, as well as being present in the OR for all implants. It's a bit stressful at times, but all in all, I really enjoy it.
