I do Iron Yoga (Yoga with weights) on my rest days from lifting. I would do dirty dirty things to 80% of the girls in the class, but then again, the class is for college students only... :banana:
Unfortunately, Ford Night is correct. Most aerobic classes tend to be consumed by mid-aged overweight ladies that sit at a desk and bitch all day and are about 20 years too late from trying to keep themselves in shape so their husbands still want them at night.
And also a very good reason to hang on to at least one qualifying class at your local university. Usually it comes with the right to their facilities!
