Alright, so I'm reaching out to my SVTP brothers, to see if by some slim chance, someone might be able to help out.
My wife graduated from nursing school in December of 2010 as an RN with BSN. She is licensed in both PA and NJ. She has a current CPR, BLS, PALS and ACLS.
She has been looking for, and applying for an RN position since her graduation, but to no avail. It's absolutely insane how many places she has applied for, but given that she has essentially no "work" experience, no one will hire her. This is the proverbial catch 22. She needs experience to get a job, but because you either have to know someone to get in, or actually have experience, it seems damn near impossible to actually get your foot in the door.
She's currently working for a small out patient center, but nothing that is actually utilizing her skills.
Any chance anyone on here is in or knows anyone who might be able to help in Eastern PA or in NJ?
