I'm looking at the actual valve cover breather, not the oil cap replacement. With the procharger I've tried the JLT prefilter and such but not matter what I seem to end up with oil in the blower after a couple hard pulls (15+ psi). I put a cheap ass little breather but it doesn't go too long before it ends up oily.

Are these things actually any better? The inline JLT catch can seems to work fine (with a check valve added) on the driver side. I realize a standalone catch can is probably the best answer but haven't felt like dealing with that yet.

I haven't run one of those breathers but have looked at them before and am curious about how well they work too.

I don’t understand your setup though. What do you mean by pre filter?

JLT made them, it went into the pass side valve cover pcv hole. The filter assembly was supposed to basically separate the vapor and oil and oil would return right back into the valve cover instead of it ending up in the intake tract.

It didn’t work with the procharger anyway, maybe on an NA car

I remember those! Now it all makes sense.

If you end up running one of those breathers please let us know if they work. I may run one along with a catch can.
