Apologize for my Stupidity- Aftermarket Parts

I wanted to know a few things about these aftermarket parts that I don't know much about.

1: What does a panhard bar do? How beneficial is it? I read someone say they will never get one again not sure why?

2: Differences between UCA and LCA and what they improve...how they affect ride quality/NVH and which is better?

3: Watts linkage or Fays? What do they help?

This will be an almost daily driver for me and most of the time I read on these forums is how bad the traction is and blah blah....so before I buy one I wanted to know what my options were because I know I will slide some and fishtail etc....but I dont want to do an unintended donut in the middle of the road. I test drove a non svt and an svt....I liked the non svt better.

I would gladly take any advice you guys have as to what will help me the most and any parts I should stay away from.

I plan on going to Evolution Performance considering Im only 10 mins from there and have them do the work. BUT before I go I didnt want to walk in not having any knowledge.
