Who has removed their cats and regretted it. More interested in the guys that actually drive the car a lot not the garage queens. Was it too loud? I've got flowmaster mufflers and daily drive the car but would like a bit more rumble but I don't want to take them out and be sick of it in a month.

I run Dynatech long tubes, Off road H-pipe with the stock mufflers. Not too loud.
Might be kinda loud with the flowmasters

Had a cat-less H pipe, and stock mufflers. It was wayyyyy to loud. Put a pair of Dynamax 18" Bullets in, after the H pipe, kept the stock mufflers, SOUNDED FKN AMAZING! The only bad part were the fumes, I'm telling you it would burn your eyes, make you almost nauseous, stink up the garage if you let it idle, stink up your clothes if you stood near it when it was running, but it sounds great. Wouldn't change a thing.

I have Lethal H pipe O/R with stock mufflers. It sounds good. Not to loud. Very quiet at cruising speed. But loud at WOT. Thinking of adding resonators to clean up that extra crackle and pop like ShelbyGT5HUN mentioned above. My only complaint is the Smell too. My wife hates it. Stinks up the whole garage.

It just seems like guys always end up going with a quieter muffler. I don't think the flowmasters are very loud. I just have like generic 40 or 50 series it's not the straight through outlaw or anything.

The KR mufflers seem to be the ticket for guys with just an axle back on the 07-09 and the Touring mufflers seem to be the preffered exhaust for those guys with headers/cat delete pipes.

Catless x with touring mufflers here. It's not too loud. A little crackley so adding Roush over axle pipes (with resonator) to see if that helps.

I have Lethal O/R H with otherwise stock exhaust. The 11/12's have a great sounding muffler. I might add LT's and keep the stock mufflers.
When I had converters you couldn't hear the exhaust with the windows up and that's just no fun, especially in a muscle car

I had corsa's with the catless Hpipe and it was NASCAR loud hahahaha. Now I have the stock muffs and it's perfect, not too loud ...but just loud enough when you get on it.

PS- you will NEED to get rid of those Flows, and put the stockers back in IF you go with catless.

Loud or not....Can you live with the smell as a daily driver?

Thats the reason I wouldnt remove them on mine.

Why would daily driving cause smell? I can see a change in the smell out the tailpipe but how would that affect the smell driving? Does it not seal tight and you get exhaust in the car or what?
