Hey guys has anyone came up with an auto trans option for a street driven car? Not really interested in a TH400 or 'glide but rather a 6r80 or something similar. Thanks for any info you can offer.

You might be better off trading you GT500 for a GT and swapping the engine.
Stock auto trans in the coyote has held up to BIG power, modular bellhousing should make the swap feasible.

I think a few shops have done very well with the factory 6-speed auto, but I definitely know the 'Power by the hour' shop in Florida has gone deep 9s at full weight. The 5.8 will make bigger torque, but that should still not be a problem from the times and street manners I've seen from those guys.

Race Proven Motorsports in Delaware just put a 4l80 in a Boss that made 1150rwhp through it. It isn't cheap I promise you that but they are the most reliable 4 speed autos out there with big power.
