Took the 01 out for the last time this weekend until probably May. It's getting way too cold to drive it. The r888's are like driving on ice in 35-45 degrees. I know now why Toyo says not to use them in or near freezing weather. Also noticed this morning that the roads had been salted. How quickly will driving on salted roads ruin your car? It wasn't wet out or anything, you could just see the white haze from the crushed salt.

You must not be in LA anymore if you're seeing that kind of weather. I'd get under the car and look. You'd be amazed where salt can get to. I worked at a race shop and we had a couple trucks that were taken to the salt flats. I got the fun job of cleaning the salt off of them. Just when I thought I was done I'd find more.
