Bassani X-Pipe w/ Cats and NY inspection

Does anyone know for sure if a bassani X-Pipe w/ Cats will pass NY state emissions inspection?? The guy from Bassani wasn't sure.

do you guys have the "no pass, no pay" law, we do up here... if you do just take her down and try, thats what I am doing, my Dr. gas catted X goes on Monday...
