It's baaaacck. So the Beater GT500 has been mechanically complete but obviously have some cosmetic things to complete. Decided to bring it back out with it's ugly face on for a while. Re-did the engine bay and smoothed it out. Installed some go fast parts

Still need to paint and install the rockers and radiator cover. Many other small projects, but it's back on the road.

Ported Blower w/ VMP elbow
JLT 127mm CAI
Cobra Jet TB
BPS cams
2.5 upper pulley
ATI 10% lower
O/R H pipe
AFCO HE
other misc stuff

First tune from VMP is great. Gong to do some datalogs later today to make sure it's safe before I beat on it. But the drivability is just like stock with the cams. Very happy

Mike

That antenna is pretty choice, got a good flow to it. I like the car as is, didn't think there was a rat rod gt500 yet

Hell ya! Put the paint money towards a big twin screw and fuel system and go hurt some feelings! I'd rock it as is.

If you do decide to keep it the way it is, at least through some side skirts on, but I like the mad max look
