New shop car. Going a little different with this one. Since most shops are pulling out the 2.7 auto, we figured someone needs to get after it with the 2.3 manual.

Well be doing lots of upgrades and putting on parts you guys and gals are looking to see
Well need a name for it. And we’ll need to know what you guys wanna see.

Out flexing a little before we hit the dyno!

First upgrades are going to be the Black Rhino Kelso wheels in battleship grey/ black lip. Just came in today. Gonna pair them with some 35" Nitto Recon Grapplers. To accommodate the bigger spare wheel, we are adding a Rough Country spare tire relocation kit paired with the 3rd brake light extension. We also decided to add the Rough Country tailgate reinforcement to alleviate some of the stress on the swing out rear gate. Larger wheels and tires can cause a lot of extra stress, especially in rough terrain. We also decided to go with a Zone Offroad 2" lift kit.

Got the new wheels on the bronco project. I think they turned out really good and they pull off the Big Bend logo very very nice!

Was originally going to go with a Matte center and play off the satin black accents but I thought the gloss pulled real nice with the Area 51 color.

Ended up going with one of the black rhino wheels that we offer in an 18 inch with a 35 x 12 1/2 x 18 recon grappler.

I think the 18 is real happy balance. Now just need the extra tire for the spare and get the running boards on later today and should be looking real good till we get our light bar on.

Very nice. I'm glad your company is bringing attention to the manual 4 popper. I want a Black Diamond SAS model, in the same (Area 51) paint color. Keep up the good work!

It seems like everyone is going with the 2.7 auto. We wanted to be different and bring attention to the manual. Just something nostalgic about it ya know!?

Meh, I've already got a 2.7 auto in my wife's Fusion Sport. It hauls ass with a six speed auto, but I don't feel the need to have that engine in a Bronco.
