This is a before and after dyno showing the gains achieved after installing a Magnaflow x-pipe w/cats and cat-backs. The exhaust was stock on the first dyno except for Flowmaster 2-chamber mufflers.

And just for comparison, this is my current best run above along with a reportedly bone-stock Cobra (not mine but I sure wish it was) on file at the shop.

That's the highest I've ever seen.

Mine dynoed 388 rwhp SAE with a drop-in K&N. Not as high, but pretty good. Probably could have gone higher with a nice cool down.

394 SAE with just a K&N.....my A$$

There are allot of people on this board who aren't hitting the 400rwhp SAE mark with mid-pipe, catback & CAI....

DYNO's

Dyno's are like trap speeds..Different Dyno's Different tracks..
As long as it is same dyno the comparisons are worthy..

Like tracks different days= different results.
Example,,You dyno on cooler day you get more boost.
The dyno can't correct for added or loss of boost.

Bone stock mine dynoed: 387 HP & 368 TQ SAE
Back up pull was: 390 HP & 366 TQ SAE

That is without the airbox but still bone stock. If you think bone stock LS1's dyno as high as they do threw the airbox you are mistaken!

With everything in place from the factory it did: 371 HP & 360 TQ SAE

To back up Got-cobra, I dynoed 368 rwhp bone stock, and 385 with the silencer removed. Pretty colse to your numbers Got-cobra. I've since installed a Densecharger and it sure feels like I've got more power.

I don't see the big deal with the stock dyno numbers?

I've seen guys with well over 400 RWHP not even get in the 12's! :loser:

Buy a Supra if you want to cry about dyno numbers all day!:cuss:
