My friends at 180 customs painted the tail lights and did the headlights. I got the led conversion kit for the tail lights and reverse lights from taillight solutions. Product was amazing thanks! My friend painted the chrome trim hotrod black except the rear bumper piece with the sensors and door trim, than got done same color as car. Both lights in the rear bumper were turned off and painted same color as car. Third brake light was turned off, nipple deleted and painted same color as truck. Door trim Grand Cherokee was filled and painted same color as car. Wheels, calipers, engine components all powder coated matte black by Espos powder coating, Thanks TOM! .It came out just like I planed!

Truck looks nice. Looks like you have been busy! I hope all the Bwoody stuff works out for you. I know a lot of people on a different forum have had a lot of issues with his end links not holding up.

Thanks man. Yeah I heard the same thing. There holding up pretty good for now but who know how long that will be for. I didn't like the product when I was installing it

Honestly thought I would hate it. The whole "blacked out" idea has always seemed very high school to me but I would drive the ever-loving nuts off that thing just the way it is. Well done.

You said you "turned off" the tail lights and third brake light. Is that some new vernacular meaning you painted them black or did you really turn them off and now have a truck that's not road legal? If you just painted it, it's still very dangerous to other drivers because your brake lights will be nearly impossible to see during the daylight hours and barely visible at night. I've been behind cars like that and it's not fun.

I'm not hatin' on the blacked out look. Our Forester is mostly blacked out (didn't do the grille [yet] or the roof rails), but it's still visible.

I have always like the jeeps, I would want one in silver
I always wanted one as a dd but was concerned with the gas mileage. Very happy I bought it! It gets 360 miles to the tank on the highway and is so much fun to drive.
I really like the interior pieces. Very cool Jeep.
Thanks a lot. The interior look so much better than stock now, real happy with it.

I was going to make the truck white lol. But thought id give this a try and it came out sick. Plus the black on it has a sick pearl in it, so in the sun it looks crazy.
Very nicely done
Thank you
carbon fiber looks sick!!!
Thanks guys

Yep there turned off and painted over. Only the tail lights work. As for safety I converted the bulbs to an extremely powerful LED, they shine through the blacked out tail lights and reverse light like nothing. Im not a fan of the back of my srt8 having 5 different running lights.

agreed...cant stand it when adults drive like kids. Not hating on Op's vehicle at all..just erks me when people black over there tailights, 3rd brake light or their front or rear side markers. They are there for a reason and there are ways to mod them while leaving them functional.

and that forester looks on point man! Great look
