Blue heat exchanger paint?

I have been looking around here for some time trying to find where I can pick up some blue h.e./radiator paint. I want to go over the HE with black then do blue lettering. Any ideas where I can find blue paint that will work? If anybody has blue lettering feel free to post some pics!

Just get the stencil for the lettering you want and I don't see any reason you couldn't just use spray paint.

I'll probably try it when I get back home. I wonder what the viscosity difference between the two is..
