Brake Caliper clearance issue

I need your help guys

I wanted to install my new brake rotors and brake pads. Left side works good but on the right sight as you can see is not enough clearance to fit in the brake caliper braket in it.

When I removed the brakes there were marks of the brake rotors on the brake caliper braket. I saw that the guide pins were not moving, I thought thats the reason why the braket got the marks.

Is there any alignment I can do?

Are you sure you got the right rotors? Did you compare the new to the old to see if the offset was similar?

I wonder if the original bracket broke and someone swapped it with a GT bracket? We swapped to Cobra brakes on my son's 98 GT and I had to trim the caliper bracket to clear the rotor. And I'm pretty sure the trimming was done right where you're seeing the contact. Although I don't remember if I got that close to the bolt holes.

Ich checked with the old Rotors. Same offset. I also crosschanged the rotors and braket with left side...it's always the same. And both are the Cobra brakets. One is even brand new, because the old one was damaged as you see on the third picture.

Can you post pictures of the axle stubs? My next thought is the hub or bearing is going bad.

In the first picture you can see the right sight. The wheel hub seems to be too far inside. What can cause this?
In addition a picture of the complete right wheel nuckle.

Either the hub bearing isn't seated all the way or it's in the process of failing. I think the next step for you is to pull that knuckle and see what you find. There's supposed to be a large C clip behind the bearing that keeps it in place.

Ok I just removed the knuckle. And this c clip was missing. Thats why the bearing was not all the way in the knuckle!
So I replace the bearing and put that c clip inside
