Will this fit a 2013 GT500?

Technically, yes, it would fit. Only problem is that UPR discontinued the plain caps and covers, as well as the black finish. All that's available now is satin or polished finish with either "GT" or "3.7L" logos. Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
