Brand New Black Sparco Torino Seats with Brackets and Sliders

I have a pair of brand new Black Sparco Torino Seats with brackets and sliders for 94-04 Mustangs. Seats do not have any rips or tears as they are brand new. One seat is missing the knob for the seat back adjusting, but I ordered a new one and it will be included. I paid over $1400+shipping for this set and I'm asking $1275 shipped. could u weigh the seat and bracket together and lemme kno b/c i am very interested, and yes pics woudl be great. everything that is included will just bolt right into my car?
