Thanks man! Yep sure was lol. Actually I think I saw a thread from you last last year about yours getting tuned? Im pretty sure we have somewhat similar builds. I shooting for 8-900 but not sure how feasible that will be. Ill be happy with anything over 700. Blankenship is tuning it in a month.

You won't be disappointed with Lee's tune, he's the man when it comes to blending streetable manners with big power. I need to get my car back to him when I get my ignition woes figured out so I can shoot for 8-900 as well. Mine made 700, which for the time being is more than enough. I really need to upgrade the IRS more before turning the wick up higher lol. Do you live in Columbus or just work here?

I have heard really good things about him as well. Yea I have heard that a COP swap with a 96-98 computer can weaken the spark as the COPs are not designed to be a used with a waste spark ignition. Im still running stock coils so hopefully I don't run into any issues. I would love the cleaner look for COPs though. What compression ratio are you at?

I used to live there but recently moved to Franklin. I still work there at Cummins though.

Yea that's the issue I have, you're basically asking the coil to discharge and recharge in half the time since wasted spark fires every revolution instead of pausing and only firing during the combustion stroke. My compression is 9.3:1, mostly untouched B heads, stock cams, stock intake, etc.

I also work at Cummins, what location are you at?

We have very similar builds then lol

I am at CEP. I do Plant Order Management for the LDD engine.

Those Molnar rods are badass for the price. Sweet build, following to see how well the on3 kit works with k member.

Yes I was nothing short of impressed with them. I have heard they are holding some pretty stout numbers. I have going to post pictures this evening. Had some issues with the K member around the headers.

I have been slacking with updating the pictures and progress on here. Engine is finally assembled. I have been working on installing the accessories before dropping it in. I'll update with a couple more pictures tonight.

Engine is in. Installed the trans last night and got the hot side finished up. I did have to notch the K member on the drivers side but other than that it fit really well. So far I have been impressed with this kit.

I couldn't wait any longer so I mocked up the turbo and the down pipe. It looks like I am going to have to modify my coolant system though as the thermostat housing it in the way. I also had to cut away the fan shroud some. Don't mind the sloppyness, it will get cleaned up lol

I'd consider running a new edge gt lower coolant hose and an inline thermostat in the upper hose or a crossover delete from On3performance. It'll free up a ton of room for the downpipe

Yep I think that's what im going to do. I just cant bring myself to spend 200 on that lol. Is that what you went with?

I plan on doing a gt lower hose and putting an expansion plug on that side of the crossover. I already purchased an inline thermostat housing. I will also probably wrap the down pipe as its pretty close to quite a bit of stuff.

Yea I went with the crossover delete both because I had to modify the cooling system and because my crossover tube was beat so it would have needed refurbished anyway. My downpipes wrapped pretty far back too there is no room under there lol

Starting to look like an engine again.

Slightly annoyed with these Aeromotive rails though. First I had to cut the tops of the lower intake bolts as they were too tall for these rails to fit. Then had to modify the mounting brackets as there isn't enough room for the connectors.

Also waiting on an extension from Fore to bring this rail out in front of the intake so I can make them in series
