This is one of my fears with the car. It's not if it will fail but WHEN it will fail. Did Ford update these or is this something that will always plague our cars?
Burnt up cooling fan plug

Old thread, but I’m about to replace mine again (this will be #3).
Does one side tend to burn up more than the other? As in does the high speed side tend to burn up more than the low speed? Or vice versa? Or is it just a crap shoot as to which one goes?
Low side tends to be the issue.
