CA Smog question

Current State:
* 2004 Marauder has a brand new 5.0L Stroker engine (not original 4.6L)
* Vortech blower with CA certificate
* wish to use Stainless Works headers with long tubes and high flow cat-back exhaust
* will have a custom tune to lean out the engine - stop engine code being thrown and pass emissions test

If you own a 2003-2004 Mercury Marauder, have you installed a new complete exhaust system? If yes, what did you do to pass CA Smog?

JBA has a CARB certification.

Just go with a custom setup with your choice of muffler. JBA headers have Carb for mustangs not for a Marauder. Long tubes are a no go in Cali.
