Car idles funny when car starts

I only drive my 03 about once a month but in the past few months i noticed that when i turn it on from a cold start the idle bounces from high to low every 15-30 seconds. The car runs fine and i don't here any wierd noises either. The idle bounce does eventually go away.
Should i take it in to a shop to get looked at?

i got high miles..turned 230,000 yesterday and all of my parts are still stock except the throttlebody itself was changed at 70k cause the shaft sticks,,, maybe try cleaning air filter and maf..that might do it,,if you have a hand held tuner you can read what you electronics are doing and that will also help to fing problem...vacuum leaks also are common,,,is you service engine lite on?

dont drive your car too far your frps might be taking a shit. Does your car sound like its camming nasty?

Check for vac leak leaks,clean air filter,maf and throttle body.Change fuel filter.I just changed my fuel filter@15K for the 1st time(PITA)I couldn`t believe how dirty it was!
