Chassis Dyno shop in Conroe area

Would there be any interest in a chassis dyno shop in the Conroe/Woodlands area? This would he a quality unit built to handle over 2000HP. Dual Eddy current brakes for steady state tuning.
Currently looking at property on FM3083 inside the loop in Conroe, but nothing set in concrete.
Initially the shop will offer dyno services only, but will offer tuning services at a later date.

I'm sure there would be some interest. Dynos have become much more available here in the Houston area in the last 10years or so. But there are still plenty of tuners without dynos and car clubs that are into dyno days and stuff.
