I found this in 5.0 magazine awhile back in the July '08 issue.I spoke
to a rep.from the company today (friendly cust.svc.) and they said
there is a five page write-up in this current kit car magazine also.

I'm going to do my instrument cluster with these carbon sheets, and also
do my swingarm on my dirtbike.

The rep.said that it's very pliable (can also use a heat gun or blow dryer
for harder contours). They use a 3M auto adhesive and the material is UV
treated,so it can be used inside or out.

Kool!!!

Man that is the shit it's great i bought me a 2x1 sheet about a year ago it sticks to everything and never comes off, looks great i use it on all kind of things...

To cover/patch up

Trailer hitch hole on Lightning ...
Hole on desk for cables ...
Hole left from when i removed antenna on Supra
Hole left when i removed heating core on Supra
My wifes mouth when she is screaming ...

Everytime i see a hole... Boom slap some carbon fiber on there that will fix it. It works for everything!:burnout:

Sorry to bring back from the dead, but do any of you guys have pics of this on any L parts. Particularly interior, but pictures on anything will do. I'd really like to see how much you ordered for what and wouldn't mind seeing about doing the tailgate, too (looks like, if they can make it big enough, you could do this wrap over the tailgate for near half of what the carbon fiber tailgate cost)

But if you covered the tailgate, it would only look good to people until you opened the tailgate, and everyone could see it's not really a CF tailgate, but CF stuck to the outside of one.
