Chrome OEM wheels w/ issues ***NEEDS TO GO!***

I bought these wheels about two weeks ago and when stripping the coating off the back I found the chrome was starting to peel and bubble. The face of the wheels are in really good shape. Wheels have no rash or dents. Tires do come with the wheels but they will NOT pass PA inspection. I concidered getting the backspacing powder coated and keeping them but I don't want to spend the money doing so. Just a thought for those interested.
