I bought an old Lenovo laptop, binary editor, mongoose cable and don’t plan on modding a vehicle newer than what this software can tune. Let’s see how long my state allows me to register my vehicles without emissions equipment. If its after 5 years I don’t care. My car will be a “historical” vehicle and won’t need registration anymore. I hate the EPA. I hate our government.

With a little ingenuity you can program a DLC to tell the scan tool anything you want.
