Clutch, Throwout Bearing, something is gone

Well I think it has finally gone. At 43,000 miles something has gone wrong with something in that area. Anyway I need your suggestions in case I have to change the clutch.

I mainly show the car, jump on it once and a while but nothing heavy. I changed the pulley to 14 psi and I have a JLT cold air and MGW shifter. I know lame!!! I did run it a Richmond Dragway about 2 months ago but nothing big. I just don't think I need a SPEC Stage 3+ clutch package.

Anyway what do you think?
