Cobra enigine swap

I need some help, I have installed the complete engine, transmission, wiring, computer....... everything it would take to make this run in my 02 GT. I got it all in and the motor would just turn over "the PATS" was killing me. So I got a tune to remove the offending PATS and now my car will "RUN" but the windows don't go down and radio will not work, any ideas out there?

I would assume it's something other than swap..

I would start with fuses and grounds..

wiring diagram will show wire color to check at radio connector to confirm power getting there..

gem is located in kick panel on drivers side if I recall from reading..

the ground at pcm might be shared with these items..

in sticks you will find full pc version of the service manual..

here will have all the tiny details..

Now I have found that the keyless remote from the 02 gt is still working the locks, trunk release and panic alarm, this would not be so if all the modules were replaced correct?
