Currently have 3.5" custom cai and want to make a 4 or 4.5".

Im using a ba2600.

That being said, would i need to get it recalibrated since there will be 15-30% more volume in the intake?

You'll need a new tune. Malcolmv8 does remote tunes.

Anybody seen proof that the factory intake tube is a restriction? Considering making a custom one but damn every time I look at the wimpy non crusher inlet I dont know if the tube is the restriction.

Back story is I didnt pick up nearly the boost I expected with .6" pulley reduction vs a .250" drop. Basically missing 3 psi.
