Nope. Nothing special up there. I would bet Grand Junction is the closest place to have a good time.

Yup. Grand Junction's probably the closest. Crested Butte isn't too far away and has some great mt biking trails.

I google mapped Rifle.....at least they have a softball field:lol:

Rifle has great hunting and fishing, an hour to junction, hour to the grand mesa, and an hour to steamboat. oh and meeker is an hour to meeker, thats a party town there all 4 people>>>>>

I am in Grand Junction...been here since Sept and now that skiing os over and the summer is beginning, you can count on a lot of fishing, camping, water skiing, and festivals...Lots of Cobras around but have not met any other owners myself...

You might as well go to Steamboat over fathers day weekend. There should be some 300 mustangs for the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup.
