My Cobra coolant temperature was at 215F F. While running A/C. Dash gauge showed temp. In the middle. Is 215 kinda high?

These are the stock fan settings:

High Speed Fan High Load Temp to Turn On = 224

High Speed Fan Off ECT = 224

High Speed Fan On ECT = 228

Low Speed Fan Off ECT = 210

Low Speed Fan On ECT = 210

    ECT = Electronic Coolant Temperature

Your temps are within Ford settings for a stock car and stock thermostat. The low speed fan turns on and off at 210, the high speed turns on at 228 and turns off at 224. For high loads, the fan turns on at 224.

I appreciate the answer. Could settings be changed? I am assuming if they can ot would have to be with a tuner.

They can be changed with tuning software. I use SCT's Pro Racer software

    I have mine set at:
High Speed Fan High Load Temp to Turn On = 214

High Speed Fan Off ECT = 214

High Speed Fan On ECT = 218

Low Speed Fan Off ECT = 198

Low Speed Fan On ECT = 200

I have a stock thermostat and cooling system

Nothing wrong with your current temps.
New cars run in that range all the time .

This is what someone told me and info I read. Today I drove it for 30min or so at one point went to 220 then went down 218. Thermo must have opened as they mentioned above.
