These guys at marine technology have been at this kinda thing a while, I know I've seen pics of the Mercedes boat in other places. Even though I'm not really a boat guy, it's pretty cool stuff:

Cool how they designed the cockpit to resemble a Stinger hood. Big bucks, but for someone who has money to burn and wants a speedboat that is ultra unique, there it is.

The OP looks meh. Here is a vette boat that should have taken the place instead of OP's. And yes the engine is a viper V-10 that says "LS-9" on the valve covers lol

I mistakenly thought mercury=mercury marine, but now I see that isnt so.

Mercury uses Chevy and Ford for their inboard outboard gas engines.

Worth 1.7 mil? If I had it, damn right its worth it. For something that pricey, I think I'd want turbines.
