Jesus how fast was it going? 85? Ive worked at a HUGE bodyshop and have seen some terrible wrecks with trucks that were doing 55 and 60mph, but never saw any damage like that.

That's the old body style F-150. For all we know, this may have been pre-production tests done by Ford.

Wow, I stand corrected. Guess I missed the big ass label on the door stating it was an 01 model, lol.

On the flipside, looks like Ford got their shit together on the new body style.

The previous body style F150 was a damn death trap, I hated selling them. The new one is still one of the safest trucks ever built in almost any crash. Night and day difference. E-

funny thing is the dodge and the new tundra did even worse in crash tests. and chevy had a recall because they did so poorly in crash tests.

the 04+ f150s are like rocks though, the cabin and rear don't flintch at all in the offset head on crash test

well then dont drive head on into any concrete walls or semi's. and u should be fine.. but that is just common sence
