Completed my "Custom Cold Air Intake" project!
Mated the Steeda intake tube to the ROUSH Filter kit....(THIS IS NOT A DIRECT FIT! Modifications required)

I needed an intake that did not have a larger MAF or need a custom tune since Im using the FRPP Pro-Cal. had the ROUSH kit already but hated how the stock tube looked, FIXED that probem!
Might have $195 tied up into this intake...

I still need to do some slight modifications, but it is basically done!

Wow, cer feels real smooth! Might be the placebo effect, but I think it might pull a bit harder up top.deffinetly sounds different, you can really hear the car sucking in the air now!

100 more bones and you could have had an AirRaid that requires no tune...Engine cover is slick though

this is exactly why i believe companies need to come down on their ridiculous CAI prices...

someone else on there, stang910 i believe(correct me if im wrong), fashioned a CAI for his Paxton kit for about 50 bucks, yet they cost what...$170+ from various performance companies.

work is blocking the links so i cant see it now but i'll check it out when i get back to my room.

ETA: looks very nice!
