If I have a ‘22 Mach 1 HP on order with my name/deposit on it, it’ll be a carry over to ‘23 MY? Just might have to wait til March for the HP production due to the tires?

Ford has not announced a carryover program for the Mach 1s. It's possible...but they're doing their best in order to get rid of that practice.
