Overseas and it had to clear customs. Getting it delivered in two business days is impressive. No extra charge for expedited shipping?

Amazon. Co. JP is Japan, they shipped from Tokyo.
Stuff clears customs when irs just green lighted and flies by.
Many years ago I ordered a steering wheel fro. Osaka Japan, and some parts from Ohio (was in Indiana at the time).
Got the Steering wheel in like 7 days, took Ohio like two weeks.

I have to order kart parts usually monthly during race season. I’m in Missouri the two main US shops are in Vegas and Indy. The other shop I like is in Italy.
I have ordered from all 3 the same day. Normally Monday morning after a race. The shop in Italy will be here on wed, Indy shop shows up thursday and the Vegas shop will show up on Friday.

Lol I have really bad luck with Amazon. That was only like a $12 thing, so I don't care and we didn't have our normal account with them back then so I could never even go back.
I'm still pissed at them for burning us on a $775 purchase.
I don't order from them anymore unless it's impossible to find anywhere else.

Amazon Prime is slowly getting back to their 2-day Prime, but I still have Prime orders being delivered up to 7 days out. Not good.
We still have the 1 and 2 day shipping here.

Where are they coming from? Just because it's Prime doesn't mean it's coming from Amazon, some are coming from 3rd party sellers. If I want things quickly I make sure it's Prime and make sure it's coming from an Amazon warehouse.
Funny enough, I got a $15 amazon gift card from one of my companies today.
I jumped in and ordered a cat toy (wife's request), and it said "order within 3 hours and XX minutes and have it by tomorrow!"
