Anybody know what this guy is talking about with the "max markup" of $5K and which dealership it is?

Im assuming this dealership chain wants to move inventory and have made it policy on this vehicle to charge 5k over to move this vehicle quickly. In CA there are like 100+ units on dealer lots most asking anywhere between 10-30k. Now the 17's are arriving. Yes they could wait 3-6 more months and get another 5k but it looks much better to make a healthy profit at 5k and sell them within days of hitting the lot to Ford Mo Co.
