Do I need new cross-axis joints (IRS related)

I'm about to start building this 99 Cobra IRS and am wondering if these cross axis joints need to be replaced or just re-booted. I'm assuming the answer is replace based on how bad they look, but if they don't need to be that would save me about $300. Let me know what y'all think:

Also, what needs to be done about this spindle? The hub seems fine but the rubber around the edge is shot to shit. Any ideas here?

I cannot comment on the spindle, but the cross axis boots on mine were shot like that but no play. I ended up making dust boots out of energy suspension tie rod boots.

Of course, once i did that i found that ftbr sells a replacement boot kit....

I'm not sure. The IRS isn't from my car. Its from a 99 cobra but I'm unsure of the mileage. I'm fairly certain its at least over 100k though.
