Does anyone work for censeo health?

My x wife worked there for 18 months, before getting fired for poor performance, and being late everyday. I am in a hard place right now. Work is slow, I have worked for my dad for 10 years now, and after he had his heart attack and 5 bypass surgery, he has just never had the same drive. I choose not to go to college, because 10 years ago, this company was huge, and I was next in line to take it over. I just can't see my dad getting any better, and there is way to many other companies out there. Now I am in the process of starting over. My x wife got on fairly easily, and did well until her laziness kicked in. She was easily making 4-5k a month, depending on her bonus checks. What do you guys and gals think, and also do any of you work for them? Thanks.
