Drivers side rear sway bar noise

Hi, everyone! My rear drivers side sway bar end link presses against my tailpipe. If I jack my car up the end link seems to move forward and away from the muffler. As soon as I put the car back on the ground the end link moves backwards about an inch and prices directly on the muffler tailpipe making a rattling noise. Any ideas on what I might need to fix this? Loosen your exhaust and from cat back and adjust same thing happened to me
