i want to run corn. I see everyone runs multiple pumps and huge injectors along with a SC.
my question is simple. what are the requirements to make 400-450 on my stock motor on E85 with a vortech s-trim.
someone please help.

At that power level id stick with pump gas. Unless you plan on boosting more.

No reason to do a full return style fuel system for 400-450whp, as it can be easily achieved on pump gas (as stated above)

I'd save that money and put it towards suspension / wheels & tires

But here's the answer to your question nonetheless :)

E85 burns 25-30% more 'efficiently' than pump gas, meaning you'll need 30% more fuel system basically

Larger Pumps
Larger Supply Line
Return Line
Larger Injectors
GOOD E85 station (bad e85 can **** up some shit real quick)
Constant E85 testing

I'd stick with pump, as your power goals can easily be achieved on pump, its readily available everywhere, and you wont need all that stuff to get going :)

On my D1SC/60 wet shot 96 I was just running a 340 pump, 60# injectors, and 55#s of pressure at the rail. Ran great. On my Fox with a 306, D1SC, 60# injectors, and a 255 I did max out my pump on e85. Both are otherwise stock fuel systems.

Upgrade your pump and fuel injectors and youll be all set. Thats my plan with my GT. DW 340LPH pump and 60lb injectors. Still running the stock 2v engine so im keeping power around 420 to the wheels.
