In case you guys missed it, the ECUs for our trucks have been cracked and are now able to be tuned. You will no longer have to swap out your ECU to get a tune or just stick with the Ford Pro Cal. I plan to get mine done by Goosetuned in the near future. He is getting 110 whp and 120 wtq from a 91 octane tune only.

Dang!!! That is some solid numbers for tune only, especially on 91. 93 or E85 must be a noticeable bit more?
When do you start finding the limits of the rest of the drivetrain?

For the Explorer ST, its mid 400s on 91/93, mid 500s on E50/E85, and low/mid 600s with turbo upgrades. The people that are popping motors are due to oiling issues. The Explorers (and I'm sure the Braptors and RRaptors) oil pressure drops on take-off, so people who don't change oil often or top off religiously have seen bearing failure. There is an aftermarket oil pan that solves this, or change the oil 3-5K miles and overfill by 0.5qts.

I haven't seen a failure due to power yet.

Good choice. Love his tune on my Explorer!
