Engine builder around Spokane WA?

Looking to have a teksid 4.6 built with comp stg. 3 cams. Anyone know of a quality shop? I was going to go to The Mustang Shop but I keep hearing bad things about them.

I've heard that Blood enterprises in auburn, wa isnt bad. A little far but not many choices in spokane. A friend im getting to know had a 2.8kb lc mammoth inlet built and tuned there and it runs like a champ a year later. Not as big of a build as cams and stuff but they know their stuff.
