Well, after a few loans\CC's and one nice minimum wage savings, I saved enough to plan my trip to France and most importantly (oktoberfest) ,

The issue im having is bank accounts for Students in the U.K\France region. Since I wont be attending school in Europe (where as schools give plenty of info on student travel\banks), I have no where to start in my search and I was wondering if anyone here will have some insight,

Any guidelines as far as air travel\currency\ tips in general would be so greatly appreciated,

Your post really doesnt make a lot of sense. You are going on vacation? For how long?

I suggest purchasing foreign currency while still in the US as well as foreign currency American Express travelers checks. Write down all the numbers on the travelers checks and leave them with someone at home in case they get stolen.

Usually AAA will get you foreign currency and foreign currency travelers checks for little or no cost.
