I recently had a loud noise when I turned on my A/C. The sound was similar to a power steering pump that was low on fluid. I thought it was my A/C compressor. The dealer replaced the A/C evaporator and compressor under warranty. The car is a 2016 Mustang GT with the Performance Package and less than 10,000 miles. I just thought I would post for people that will search when they have an issue.
