It's the high concentration H2O2 that makes it work so well. You can use other acids (HF is particularly nasty). I need one of those self stirring hot plates.
Dude is annoying as **** though. Hydrofluoric is bad news. It goes to the bone and displaces the calcium. If it gets on you, you have to get an IV to counteract it. My grandpa had to do it atleast once. He was a PhD Chemist and was at grad school when it happened. I believe it was calcium gluconate to counter act it. He said it warmed his whole body as the reaction progressed. He felt it in his toes first, then the heat just kept going up.....said it was the strangest feeling he had ever had when it hit his balls.....hahahahahaha.

Cartels aren't trying to hide no bodies. They set them out in the open for the rest to see so they know who did it & why not to mess with them. They even make videos & post them on line.

Yeah the cartel likes to show their work no need to hide or dissolve the bodies. They hang them from bridges over the highway for everyone to see.
