F150 Coyote Vacuum hoses?

Hey!
I just finished dropping a 2013 Coyote into a 97 Mustang, and I'm having trouble getting the vacuum hoses right.

Does anyone have a picture or diagram of what they connected to what? I know the intake needs reference to fuel pressure but the port on the back of the intake doesn't seem to make vacuum, and there is a port up front that makes a ton of vacuum but since I've had the fuel pressure connected to that, the engine struggles at 3k and past.

Small note: when I first ran the car with no vacuum hoses hooked up at all, the engine revved out fine. So I dont think my fuel pump is weak or anything like that.
